SHIPPING FOR DOWNLOADABLE FILES VIA EMAIL: There are no shipping charges for downloadable files received electronically.. Once payment is made, within, you will receive an e-mail containing your attachement/download link(s). Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your e-mail as I do work and sleep. I usually e-mail them quickly, but sometimes-real life interferes. Purchased items will be sent to the e-mail on file with your google account. If you have not received anything within 48 hours, please check your e-mail's junk and spam folders. If you still have not received electronic purchase, please email me at

SHIPPING VIA CD OR DVD ITEMS: United States Shipping is $1.99 and .99 for each additional CD or DVD or free shipping, if eligible. Shipping elsewhere is $3.96 and $1.99 for each additional CD or DVD. There are no refunds for CD's or DVD's. However, if something is damaged or not functioning, let me know and will more than likely send another one.
SHIPPING PORCELAIN ARTWORK:
UNITED STATES SHIPPING: USPS priority mail or priority mail flat rate with delivery confirmation and insurance. If the buyer has provided an e-mail address, I will e-mail the delivery confirmation number via the e-mail address the buyer provided.
Shipping is the buyers responsibility. Delivery confirmation and insurance are my responsibility for shipments.

WHOLESALE ORDER INFORMATION:
PORCELAIN WHOLESALE ORDERS:
U.S. WHOLESALE ORDERS FOR PESONALIZED (CUSTOM ORDERS): No refunds or exchanges are available for Alchemy Orders for Personalization (custom order) of any piece of my artwork. Any piece of my artwork can have a name added to it. Such as an ornament personalized or inside the lid on a box. This may take up to 2-4 weeks in delaying your order due to the fact that the piece will not be on hand. Although, I try to get an order out as soon as possible. Most personalization of names is done in gold for an additional $5.00 to each item. Personalization of an item may also be done in another color of porcelain or painted for an additional $4.00. I must be contacted at robin.harley@gmail.com as to what color - not all colors are available and/or are unable to work in high firings. I must be notified of the proper spelling of a name, etc., that is to be added on my artwork. INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS:
I welcome wholesale purchases and wholesalers receive a 25% discount. If you are interested in wholesale, an agreement to complete the order must be within reason for me to supply the pieces of my artwork as I work by myself. Usually stock is on hand and usually pieces are shipped to the wholesaler before my specified time frame. If a wholesale order is above 15 pieces of any one item, I would need at least 4-8 weeks to complete your order. This timeframe becomes more crunching during the holidays and your order may not be completed if ordered past the month of October. Please contact me atrobin.harley@gmail.com and we can come to an agreement in regards to a timeframe to complete a wholesale order. Communication between the wholesaler and me will be essential due to the fact that kilns can break down and delay a shipment, etc. We can work together mutually to complete your order.
